The Great American NO BULL Challenge is brought to you by the National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS), 24-year-old coalition of non-profit organizations, federal agencies and members of industry dedicated to youth safety. The mission of NOYS is to build partnerships that will save lives, prevent injuries and promote safe and healthy lifestyles among all youth while encouraging youth empowerment and leadership.
